Chanzo Based Health Organization (CBHO) is a dedicated non-governmental organization established in 2023. Our team comprises experienced medical doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and laboratory scientists united by a common goal: to address the rising burden of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in Tanzania, particularly in the Lake Zone region.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive healthcare services, raise awareness about NCD prevention, and promote healthy lifestyles.

Chanzo Based Health Organization was born out of a deep commitment to address the growing crisis of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in Tanzania. Our journey began when a group of passionate medical professionals driven by the heartbreaking realities they witnessed in their communities.

Recognizing the urgent need for action, these dedicated professionals envisioned an organization that would not only provide treatment but also raise awareness about the risk factors and promote preventive measures. After countless discussions, planning sessions, Chanzo Based Health Organization was officially established in 2023
